The camera module is equipped with automatic image control functions, including automatic exposure control (AEC), automatic gain control (AGC), automatic white balance (AWB), and automatic black level calibration (ABLC).
Additionally, the module offers programmable controls for frame rate, AEC/AGC 16-zone size/position/weight control, mirror and flip.cropping, windowing, and panning.

The device is capable of supporting both internal and external frame synchronisation for frame exposure mode. Additionally, it is equipped with black sun cancellation functionality.
