Product Description
The 2MP MIPI camera module launched by Sinoseen uses GalaxyCore's GC2145 CMOS sensor. The GC2145 is a high quality 2 megapixel CMOS image sensor for mobile phone cameras and digital camera products. The GC2145 integrates a 1616V x 1232H effective pixel array, an on-chip 10-bit ADC, and an image signal processor.
The module performs well in different lighting conditions, and the on-chip ISP provides very smooth automatic exposure (AE) and accurate automatic white balance (AWB) control. In addition, it also supports interpolation, noise reduction, color correction and gamma correction, which can better restore the real scene. The sensor is also available in a variety of data formats, such as Bayer RGB, RGB565, YCbCr 4:2:2. All sensor parameters and functions are controlled via a standard 2-wire serial interface. The on-chip master clock can be generated by an on-chip phase-locked loop (PLL) oscillator.
