Product Description
This is a widely used low-cost camera module. Equipped with 1/6.5" Galaxy GC0308 CMOS, it has a 640 × 480 image resolution, a 4-transistor pixel structure, 0.3MP pixels, and a FOV of up to 150° for high image quality and low noise variation.
The design of high performance and low power consumption makes it suitable for use on all kinds of small devices. The use of this module on mobile phones, PDAs and other devices can effectively extend the service life of the battery compared with other modules.
It provides a variety of data formats, such as Bayer RGB, RGB565, YCbCr 4:2:2, etc., and has a commonly used two-wire serial interface for the host to control the entire module work. The module can run at 30FPS on a 24MHZ clock in VGA mode, giving the user full control over the quality and data format of the image.
